Have private discussions with your team directly on the message where everyone has the full context.
Use the ‘Add Comment’ item from the More menu to start a discussion and submit comments by pressing the Enter key. Of course you can also add attachments and use rich text functionality (e.g. Command-B for bold).
Comments will then also appear in the Discussion section of assigned todos. It gives a better understanding of the thought process while doing the actual work.
